motion blur is the apparent streaking of moving objects in a photograph or a sequence of frames, such as a film or animation. It results when the image being recorded changes during the recording of a single exposure, due to rapid movement or long exposure. to capture this you would need to use a slow shutter speed such as one or more seconds.
freeze frame -a single frame forming a motionless photo from a film or video tape. for this you would need a fast shutter speed such a 1/250 or faster.
panning is where you follow a moving object with your camera while taking a photo.
movement is the action of moving

artist research

for my artist research, i chose Shin T. he uses long exposure photos to capture the light from headlights and break lights. this creates solid light beams that could resemble running water.
